Beauty and the beast

"The state is to make what is useful. The individual is to make what is beautiful."

What is useful?

And what is beautiful?

I say beautiful is something useful to others;

useful is beautiful to my eyes.

Useful to others, and beautiful to myself.

Not useful to me and beautiful to others.

Being useful and beautiful are one and the same.

The only difference is to whom.

In order to be beautiful,

I must be always useful to others.

Availability.

Accountability.

Aesthetics.

Many in appearances,

but one in essence.

Selfish person is only useful to himself and useless to others,

which makes him ugly and unavailable.

Unselfish person is only useless to himself and useful to others,

which makes him beautiful.

Therefore, to present myself beautiful is to make myself resourceful.

The true beauty lies in unselfishness.
