Uncle Ben

그러므로 이렇게 구름 떼와 같이 수많은 증인이 우리를 둘러싸고 있으니, 

우리도 갖가지 무거운 짐과 얽매는 죄를 벗어버리고, 

우리 앞에 놓인 달음질을 참으면서 달려갑시다.

믿음의 창시자요 완성자이신 예수를 바라봅시다. 그는 자기 앞에 놓여 있는 기쁨을 내다보고서, 

부끄러움을 마음에 두지 않으시고, 십자가를 참으셨습니다. 

그리하여 그는 하나님의 보좌 오른쪽에 앉으셨습니다.

Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, 

let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, 

and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, 

despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

To love is to remember.

Remember my inheritance.

Do not forget what he gave me.

Think about what I have, what I do not have.

My inheritance is his promise.

It is foolish to keep unnecessary things.

Throw them out mercilessly.

Great inheritance comes with great responsibility.

To love is to be with others is to be patient with them.

To do well is to do together.

To live is to fall in love again with Jesus.
