Integration

"I put my talent into my works and my genius into my life." 

Put X into Y; why?

To make it whole or complete.

The purpose of integration is not to combine two into one but to combine them 

so that they may be one and whole.

Being one only has meaning when it is whole.

without wholeness, going from two to one is nothing but the reduction in number.

it is not about reducing number but in being complete in essence.

they belong to each other:  soulmate.

Put my talent in my works to fulfill my potential.

Talent: singular; Works: plural.

Singular: one, as is.

Plural: repetitive, habit.

 Talent: fruit, Works: blending.

I must put my talent into my works,

as I put my fruit into my blender to make juice or smoothie.

I do not blend fruit to blend but to make something out of it, i.e. smoothie.

Output = input + process.

노력하지 않으면 얻을 수 있는 것은 아무것도 없다.

내가 아무리 많은 재능을 소유하고 있더라도 그 재능을 노력하여 연습하지 않는다면

그 재능은 아무것도 아닌 것이다.

그리고 이것은 삶과 일치가 되어야 한다.

내 천재성을 내 인생과 섞어야 한다.

내가 이상해 보이더라도 사람들과 다르더라도 그것을 두려워 하지 말고

오직 담대하게 노력하고 연습해야 한다.

내 재능을 연습한다는 것은 내 재능과 내 삶이 하나가 되는 것이고

그럴 때야 말로 비로써 내 인생은 의미를 가질 수 있다.

내가 하고 싶은 일과 내가 하고 있는 일이 하나가 된다는 말이다.

내가 하고 싶은 일들이 더 이상 내 머리속에 이상이나 이론 따위로 남는 것이 아니라

머리 밖으로 나와 현실화되고 구체화 된다는 말이다.

내가 생각하는 나와 실제 내가 한 사람, 같은 사람이 되어 온전해 진다는 말이다.

반복해서 습관적으로 노력할 때 결국 나는 온전한 사람이 될 것이다.
